The World's Unluckiest Man
Before Tony Blair became Prime Minister of the UK, apparently he and Gordon Brown did a deal, so they would not run against each other. The deal was that Tony would be Prime Minister first and, after a decent run, Gordon would have a turn. The problem was that the UK economy was doing so well that Tony, well, didn't go. This made his friend Gordon really upset. However, eventually, the writing was on the wall for the UK economy and Tony did go, about three days before the Banks found out that they had run out of money. Poor Gordon inherited a big mess and the only thing he has to look foward to is losing the next election. He can then pass on the big mess to David Cameron. David will then be able to spend the next ten years explaining to us poor saps that there is nothing he can do because he inherited a big mess from Gordon. Poor Gordon. The World's unluckiest man. |
